Margaret Starley is a highly recognized professional with 20 years of Home Infusion experience. Her tenure as Vice President of Reimbursement for several of the nations largest homecare providers has made her uniquely qualified to create a strategy and structure that consistently exceeds client expectations. Prior to MARS, Margaret held varying positions with different levels of responsibility at Apria Healthcare, Critical Care America, Integrated Care Systems, and Caremark/Home Health Care of America. Her background includes senior level responsibilities with specific skills in A/R Management, Reimbursement Operations, A/R Collections, Acquisitions and Consolidations, Reimbursement Training, 'Best Practices', and Policy & Procedures. In addition, Margaret has expertise is a variety of department structures including; Centralized, Decentralized (multi-site), and Regionalized operations.
