MARS' principal and president, Margaret Starley is a highly recognized professional with 25+ years of Home Infusion experience.

Her tenure as Vice President of Reimbursement for several of the nation's largest home healthcare providers has made her uniquely qualified to create a strategy and structure that consistently exceeds client expectations. Prior management experience includes a variety of reimbursement organizational structures (centralized, regionalized, and multi-site locations) with extensive knowledge in revenue cycle management and A/R operations.

Margaret began MARS in 1996 and her goal has been to provide home healthcare companies with expert reimbursement resources to assist them through their operational and financial challenges. She specializes in revenue cycle management for clients experiencing changes due to mergers and acquisitions, system conversions, staffing shortages as a result of rapid growth or heavy turnover, and cleanup of aged AR.

MARS' Director of Operations, Richard Hermosillo, has successfully managed home infusion billing/collections for 18 years. Richard has a diverse background in all aspects of home infusion reimbursement including AR management, intake and contract administration, pricing negotiations, payer projects, systems management, and financial analysis.

Richard oversees MARS' team of experienced reimbursement professionals and has developed a business model to increase cash collections for clients. His initiatives have improved billing practices, maximized collection results, and reduced DSO for MARS' customers.
